04 / How we work

Know what’s included before work begins

  1. 01

    Review what exists

We review the property brief, plans, current condition, specifications, supplied offers and open questions relevant to the task.

  2. 02

    Agree the paid scope

Inputs, deliverables, exclusions, fee and delivery date are confirmed before work starts.

  3. 03

    Prepare the package

We produce the agreed interior standard, furnishing plan, item list, specification or quote comparison.

  4. 04

    Record decisions

Your team reviews the choices and open items; sourcing, procurement execution and site supervision are agreed separately.

05 / Expertise

Design judgment backed by operational discipline

“Interior decisions become useful when they are documented clearly enough to review, quote and purchase.”
